Krazzy 4 song ban Publicity stunt?

Yesterday the high court of Mumbai gave the decision of banning the movie Krazzy 4’s Title song and the promotional song on the charges of copyright infringement .
How come did the original composer of the music came to know that his song tune and the krazzy 4’s title song composed by rajesh roshan is same only 1 day before release?
The court had given the permission of releasing the movie on the condition that the song would be deleted. For a director to edit the film in one day and send it to throughout the cinema’s in India was pratically impossible. But on the same night he bought the rights for a whopping price of 2 crores! Does it look like a joke to you? Looks like so! If you want to get publicity then better take classes from RAKHI SAWANT!!!!!
