It only provides the IP address. To get the location you have to have law enforcement or subponea filed with the ISP to get the exact address. This takes several days to several weeks. Adeona will not help you with this process either, it is a research project with no support or assistance to walk you through the process. My company did research for theft recovery solutions and Adeona was one of them, but we went with a different solution that actaully does get the exact location as well as assists with recovery.
