I once drove home at lunchtime to find a delivery driver outside my house. I didn't get out of my car and called him over. He handed me the parcel he was delivering and I signed for it.

I'd ordered an expensive necklace.

When I opened it, later, the presentation box was completely empty. How do you prove something like that? You can't.

I rang the company and explained the whole thing to them. They refunded me immediately.

I think it wasn't the first time they'd seen that problem!
