Here’s what the application does, you browse your area and your actually able to see avatars of users on their location and what they are tweeting. Now this is amazing. So if you see a person who’s tweeted that he can’t reply to your tweets as he is in office and you actually spot his avatar sitting at the home, you know whom to blame!

This Application works by using apple’s GPS service along with the new Compass App. So it’s obvious that this app is currently on available for iPhone users, although it has not been released at the App Store.
