When #Twitter Goes Down We get Angry : Unexpected Twitter Downtime

It’s very frustrating when we’re writing a reply to our friend on twitter and on posting we just see some damn 503 server error. It’s quite a big problem on twitter. I am not the only to say so. There are loads if users who are constantly complaining of twitters “Unexpected Downtime” as their Blog post Suggests. So when Twitter Stops, twitterers turn to facebook to express their feelings.

Even 10 Minutes of Downtime can create a huge problem for people who spend most of their time on twitter and find twitter as a way to keep themselves updated on what’s happening to their dear friends or some even waiting for Twitter to break news. And Now twitters become something like Water, You can’t go far without it!

  • it's easy to microblog on your own Web server and cross-post to twitter. here's a couple of examples of people doing that: http://arandomdomain.com and http://micro.br3nda.com
  • Yes, Thanks for the Idea. Infact i had heard some Free Open Source Twitter Scripts were also available for such services.
