Adsense may disable your account if you don’t have a Privacy Policy for your adsense website

It has been some time since adsense came out with this rule where every user should have a privacy policy which shall tell that the ads will put up some cookies on their computer. I have noticed that many people have not put it up. Please put it up or this could land you up in trouble.
I have a sample one ready -

“If you require any more information or have any questions about our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us by email at your_mail@domain.com.

At your_site, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information is received and collected by your_site and how it is used.

Log Files
Like many other Web sites, your_site makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons
your_site does use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.

Some of our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons on our site. Our advertising partners include Google Adsense, Commission Junction, Widget Bucks, Adbrite, Clickbank, Azoogle, Chitika, Linkshare, Amazon, Kontera.

Since the internet has been created there has been inventions of thousands of means to earn money and one of them is the booming industry of online advertsing.I am going to discuss some of the major advertising programs.

Google’s Adsense – The biggest and the most used advertising network , Afterall this is a part of Google!
This has got the best CPM ( cost per impressions) and the best PPC ( pay-per-click) system. You can earn a lot from this , But only if you have some good traffic or even if you try to cheat you will end up with your account being disabled. The referral program run by adsense is the best of all with all major companies entering it, offering good payouts. It’s content related ads make’s it completely user friendly.

Adbrite – Next to Google’s Adsense is Adbrite. Nowadays it is being much preferred as it has may things which adsense does not have. ONe of them is the Full Page ad, just before you enter your website a fullpage ad appears which users can skip if they want, you get better impressions for this and therefore better payement. You can monetize your Photos also! You can add a menu to your photograph , your water mark and also a advertisement to it. Adbrite also provides inline ads.Famous for “Your ad here” where advertisers can purchase premium ads on your website.

Kontera – Now as we were talking about Inline ads we come to Kontera , the specialist in Inline ads. This is a must if you do not prefer those banners and sidebars for your website or blog. You can use this and can monetize words on your blog or website. It’s rollover so when a user rolls over the Word he can see the ad and if he is interested he will click!

Bidvertiser – Seems like a clone to Google’s Adsense. This has all the capabilities of adsense and is also one of the growing advertising network. Has got good advertisers and good CPC rates. Main problem is that it is not that famous so it does not have huge bunch of publishers and adverisers. You can receive payments via paypal , and this is the reason why it beats adsense.

Widgetbucks – The next generation advertising network. The best CPM rates for publishers. It has got a variety of advertising widgets of many sizes and also , you can enter you own keywords for the ads , if you want. The referral program is a must. You can make much out of the referral program , much more than you can make out of the CPC or CPM ads. Most ads that run on your website are CPM based so it does not matter where do you place it some where hidden or in some corner.

Adify – The vertical ad solution. Contains many networks for users like the tech confidential network. It is really worth it and provide very good statistics about your website or blog where you advertisement is placed.
Good paying with good statistics, that’s all what users need and so it provides.

Earn money by letting your friend blog for you!

Are you tired of blogging and dying to get traffic to your blog?
Ok then you’ve come to the right place.
All you have to do is to set up a blog via WordPress (self hosted).

All this is Easy. Now let’s go the other steps.
Now the next step is that you have to add a Plugin named Adsense-Manager which you can download here.

Now setup your website and remember to add your own advertisement code to your blog’s template Before. To learn more on how to edit templates go here
After this make up some friends so that they can blog on you blog.
To add users to your blog simply go to users tab in extreme right (for wordpress 2.6.1) and there add a new user. Remember to change their role to contributor or author.
Tell them that they can earn money from it. Make them sign up for adsense or adbrite via referral program(you make profit here too!) and tell them the size of the ad (whatever you want) and then take their ad code.

Now go to manage > Ad units after installing the Adsense-Manager Plugin and there add the advertisement code with the author’s name (to make it easy).

Tell your friend that whenever he will post he can display upto one(or how many ever,your choice) ad in his post(if you are using adsense you cannot display more than 3 ads on your webpage so make sure this does not occur). to know how to display ads in wordpress post via the Adsense manager plugin follow this link.
Make sure that you have embedded your advertisement in the template (usually banners or huge sidebar to make sure they are perfectly visible) otherwise you will be making profits for your friends.

Main Aim behind this is to increase your traffic like anything.
When a author of your website will post he will definitely want people to read his post so he will try to advertise his post and do many things so that he can get his ads clicked on his post.
And so you already know that not only his but even your advertisements are being seen!
There is a common logic behind it that if only 1 person will try to get traffic he will be able to get only 10 people but if 10 people try then the traffic will 100! IN this matter you will gain!
Also you will have your content increased as authors will want their ads to be shown so they will try to write more posts and so already there are many members than your content will increase like flames!

To make your authors speed up you can also offer things like a link on the main page of your blog as a featured article to their post , or any other thing like mugs , caps or anything.
