Steve Jobs finally reports for work

It is official now: Steve Jobs, Apple CEO reported to work yesterday. This news came from the employees who were on the campus. There is no official word from Apple but employees are confirming the fact that Jobs did come for work. So the news is confirmed. Whether this is a one day visit or not is altogether a different story and one that will fold with the passage of time. But all in all good news for Apple.

14 yr old Girl Sophie Frost,  Sheltered under a tree in a playing feild during a Thunder Storm. The lightining had struck her and as we know we can’t survive any such incident and only some super-power can save you, there come’s a super power.

But this time, it’s not Spider man or Super-Man but it’s the iPod that saved her. Yes,  The girl had here Headphones hanging on to the school uniform and then luckily it acted as a conductor of light absorbing all the electric current and preventing death of the girl. The girl just got some injuries on her neck, chest and legs.

Facebook releases its Persian version

Every one is quite familiar with the ongoing situation in Iran so are the tech companies. Tech companies have identifed this situation as an opportunity to gain the goodwill of Iran people by launching products in the native language of Iranian to help them communicate. On similar lines Facebook has launched its site in Persian language. Facebook casted a vote of thanks for all those who helped them in achieving this milestone. They stated:

We could not have made this happen so quickly without the more than 400 Persian speakers who submitted thousands of individual translations of the site. Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far. If you speak Persian or any language not yet completely translated, you can help as well by using the Translations application.

How not to popularize your video on MetaCafe

Bollywood’s pretty famous around the world and it’s Obvious that the Online world is always buzzing with Bollywood content. While browsing through some metacafe’s Video’s i found a Video which say’s “Priyanka Chopra and Abhishek Deleted Kissing Scene from Dostana”. And as far i know about the movie there was no kissing scene.  But then I gave it a try and what i see was the most surprising thing. Video after the Break -

Now it shows some  banner for 5 seconds and then come’s a picture of the Actors. That’s it. Then it say’s that the video has paused and will only work if you Rate it 5 stars and then Leave a comment with nice video and then refresh the page. This is pretty lame.

Well this might be the news most of the game lovers will be happy to know. Modern Warfare 2, considered as the most anticipated game for the year 2009, is not out yet, but its trailer has been released. The iteration of this title is being done by the original developers known as Infinity Ward. The game comes out several years after its previous title Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The release date for this game is set to be in the month of November,2009. From the trailer, I can say one thing it is a must purchase game. Do share with us what do you think about this trailer.
