I love this, Like music to my ears.
Vodafone are fucking awful.
it’s not just these stupid “freebies” they throw in. I haven’t been with them long enough to get that kind of bullshit yet, however i expect something like that soon.
It wouldn’t surprise me at the very least.
I’ve phone (within the two months I’ve been with them) more times than I’ve called virgin mobile in my entire life.
I lost my phone, they done nothing to replace it. I got it stolen the day i took out the contract.
Obviously there answer was. “oh, well you see your insurance hasn’t started yet”
Fucking bastards. And the fact that i lost it too early effected my right to claim.
They done nothing. Never even gave me a temporary phone. A few days later it kicked in. And they said. sorry it’s too late to claim now since the phone was stolen a 2 days ago.
Fucking pricks. i wanted to cancel there and then. Nope, we want the phone back if you’re going to cancel.
They expect ME to replace the phone.
I cancelled the insurance straight away. And they had the nerve to even try and convince me to keep on the insurance.
Ohh you wont be able to replace your phone without it,
WHAT FUCKING PHONE YOU DOUCHEBAGS! :@ now that i have a new phone, that i brought. From a different service provider.
yes :’) a different one.
the connection never surpasses a bar or two.
I get cut of all the time. My calls break up, and texts take up to an hour to go through.
What the hell is that? They offer me temporary solutions. Again, and again and again.
The same one….-_-
I’m sick of it. I’ve complained so many times.
And they do nothing,. Anyone that reads this. Don’t join them. save yourself a prison sentence equivilant of 18-24 years.
You’re paying them up to £40 pound a month for nothing.
You’re just giving it too them pretty much. Would give some random person £40 a month for nothing in return?
I wouldn’t even do that for my own mother. Don’t get me wrong :’) I pay her rent.
But she provides me with a room, electric, water, food. I get something out of that. Far more than i’ll ever get out of fucking Vodafone.

I hope, they burn.
Along with all of there documents. So i get the fuck out of this contract.

You fucking scamming bastards.
Oh there’s a point 🙂 You’ve got less chance of being scammed signing up to one of those “become a millionaire in three simple steps” ads on the internet.

In reply to pepster. vodafone has been givin me better network coverage and customer care execs seemed more intelligent than of other providers... but
1. customer care is very hard to reach
2. bills are ridiculous... no flexibility for high usage users.. (i got bill as high as 18k for a month)
3. no EDGE

so i turned onto Docomo.. and all three things are resolved.. except that docomo customer execs are the dumbest i came across so far

I never liked Vodafone. I only use the campus card now to call on 1 number at 10p which is dirt cheap! I'm sticking with my Airtel which doesn't spam me with crap if I tell them not to. Your best deal would be to visit the Vodafone Gallery and give that fucker sitting on the desk a yell. I did this when they deducted like 150 bucks for calling on the 10p number. They said that I added "+91" before the number which made the call charges Re 1/min. Moral of the story? Vodafone has ALOT of catches! They might have called you with the caller tune recorded message and you might have answered it lol..maybe?

But anyway, if any of such services get activated automatically on my Airtel, I get a refund within 10 mins :)

Sad to hear that Monik. I hope you get this fixed asap. This post if funny, going to share it everywhere :P
