Samsung announces first ever 32GB DDR3 RAM

Technology never ceases to amaze us. Well this event is no different. This time Samsung is the one that gets the chance to bring a new sensation to the world of technology. The news is that Samsung has unveiled 32GB DDR3 RAM. This RAM is targeted to be used with servers. Some details worth noting include:
- Built using 50nm DDR3 chips
- Operates at 1.35 volts
- Reduces power consumption by 20%
The bad news is that the pricing details are not available yet.
